This month NM Escape Room had the opportunity to attend the Haunted House Association Trade Show in St. Louis, MO.This is and has been the biggest haunted attraction trade show in the U.S. for the past 20 or so years, and now it has taken on the escape game industry. It’s a one stop shop of sorts where vendors, designers, instructors, enthusiasts, and customers can mingle and commerce.
Three members of our NM Escape Room team attended the show and a few seminars to learn and bring back new knowledge and skills to help improve what we bring to the community here in the greater Albuquerque area. We learned about what not to do, and thankfully learned that we are doing a lot of things right. We’ve taken what we’ve learned and will soon be implementing these processes and/or changes at NM Escape Room.
Here are just a few of the changes on the horizon for NM Escape Room:
Private bookings – we feel that we owe it to our customers to ensure that their experience is theirs, and that they have the best time possible spent with the people they choose.
New booking software – we want to improve and stream line the booking process as much as possible. This means seeking out other booking software that is more intuitive and convenient for our customers and staff.
Pricing – will become one flat rate across the board. And it will be reduced!
Personality profile- an add-on option for corporate team building groups seeking to help improve or identify areas for improvement within their team dynamic. Proving to make escape room team building even more effective. Contact us for details.
